- additional occupancy rates apply for larger parties.
- Travelers must be 55 years of age or older.
- A $250 deposit is required to place a reservation on a site
- Sites are subject to change
- The deposit is refundable, less a $50 processing fee, only within 30 days
- Pets are welcome, but must adhere to the community’s pet policy. (25 pounds or less, and not to exceed 15 inches in height from Potter shoulder.)
